- Limit upload rate slower than you have. In Options/Preferences/Bandwidth, At the Maximum upload rate (kB/s): box, put in no more than 90% of your UpStream Connection Speed, then click on OK.
- In Options/Preferences/Bandwidth, set Maximum number of connected peers per torrent to 6 to 20 (probably this settings was more than 100 but I think it is too much). More will slow down your download speed or freeze your utorrent. I think 6 is a good number.
