How to delete phones (devices) from google play

You cannot delete your device, I surfed on the net and there is only one way, hide your device that you don't want to use:

1. Open Google Play on your computer.
2. Go to Options (right upper corner, a gear icon) and select Settings that appear.
3. Under My Devices, use the "Visibility" checkboxes to select which devices are shown in your menus.
